We do not purchase, sell, or broker lead lists. We do not operate as an affiliate marketing intermediary. All outreach systems we build on behalf of clients comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CTIA guidelines.

All content on this website — copy, design, code, and methodologies — is owned by Jero Marketing LLCunless otherwise specified. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive full ownership of all deliverables (code, creative assets, ad accounts, domains) as specified in the project proposal.

Our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees of specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or ad performance. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jero Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
